Firefighters extinguished a blaze Saturday morning on Santa Monica College’s main campus.

Dispatchers received a call at 7:51am Saturday reporting a fire near the Drescher Building and Business Building on the main campus of Santa Monica College at 1700 Pico Boulevard.

The fire department extinguished the blaze and no one was injured, according to SMFD.

The cause is unknown, but firefighters discovered a a pressure washer attached to a golf cart completely engulfed in flames, according to the Santa Monica Fire Department.

Calls to school officials were not immediately received.
