Santa Monica College Corsairs took on Valley College in an head to head game Wed. Sept. 29. Valley College took the early lead and retained that momentum until half, with the score being 14-2 in favor of Valley College. The Corsairs were never able to get anything going and took the 21-5 loss to continue the season. The Corsairs now with an 0-10 record, will take on Rio Hondo College and El Camino College at the SMC Mini tournament being held at Santa Monica College Friday, Oct. 15. The first game for the Corsairs will begin at 12:40 p.m.
