Giving Thanksgiving at SMC 2025

SMC is hosting their annual Giving Thanksgiving this week! Students can still get free Thanksgiving groceries Tuesday Nov. 25 outside of the bodega on main campus from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m., all that you need is your student ID number. The program is also handing out $50 gift vouchers for Albertsons brand grocery stores as well as free socks and coats.

This is the 9th year of the event for SMC, put on by the SMC Foundation, and is open to all students regardless of financial status. Students can find fresh vegetables, canned goods, milk, eggs, pumpkin pie, and more. Corsair reporter Jenna Tibby stopped by on the first day of the event to learn more about it!
