The SMC Foundation provided more than 1,200 students with free groceries at its annual “Giving Thanksgiving” food drive. 

SMC is hosting their annual Giving Thanksgiving this week! Students can still get free Thanksgiving groceries today, Tuesday Nov. 25, outside of the bodega on main campus from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m., all that you need is your student ID number. The program is also handing out $50 gift vouchers for Albertsons brand grocery stores as well as free socks and coats.

With the help of 500 volunteers, Lost Angels Org holds their 10th annual Thanksgiving food drive and provided warm meals and basic necessities to the unhoused in Venice.

On Tuesday, Nov. 22, Santa Monica College held its 3rd Annual “Giving Thanks(giving)” Holiday grocery drive-thru event.
